Carl Horrocks

Carl is a Cyber, Intelligence and Security Business Development professional with established credentials recognized throughout the UK Defence and Security customer community. His experience has been gained via a successful operational military career as a specialist Officer in the Royal Navy and significant business exposure in the defence and commercial IT and electronic technology sector in both the UK and the US. His ability has been demonstrated through pragmatic use of people skills, a keen understanding of customer requirements and strong presentation and briefing skills.

He has gained strategy development, technical negotiation and sales skills through a broad range of experiences drawn from a background within the Military and the demanding environment of the Defence and Security IT, Information and technology business sector. His career has including roles as Business Development Director in Lockheed Martin and Fujitsu Defence and Security. He has established an extensive network of contacts which, combined with a deep understanding of the current UK Defence and Other Government Departments helps maintain close relationships within the UK Cyber, Defence and Security industries.

A committed people person, Carl is a family oriented, life enthusiast with a passion for cycling and travel, preferably combined! Married with 3 sons, he lives in Hampshire.

Ralitsa Vasilovska

Ralitsa Vasilovska is a specialist International Business executive. She has extensive experience in the service sector, gambling and government sector, B2B and B2G positioning and market entry and has been instrumental in closing significant international deals. Regionally, she is regarded as highly successful in the Middle East, India, South Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and parts of Latin America.

Ralitsa holds 2 Masters Degrees in South Asian Studies and Law and is fluent in 4 languages including Hindi. Ralitsa has lived and worked in many parts of the world and has gained extensive local knowledge of various economies and industries.

Her clients include defence companies, international retailers, software companies, telecoms companies and healthcare companies. She also has vast experience in supporting export business for the Department of International Trade. Ralitsa lives in London and travels internationally to support her clients and projects.

Simon Blagden, CBE

Simon Blagden has 30 years experience in the IT, Telecoms and Digital industry. In June 2019 he stepped down as non-executive Director at Fujitsu UK having been at the company for 14 years. His career began at GEC where he was International Commercial Manager. In 1991, he joined Quante AG as UK Managing Director and then joined the Main Board in 1995 as CEO, managing operations worldwide. In 2000 he joined Spescom in Johannesburg as CEO to head up its international telecoms and IT business.

In 2005, Simon was appointed as non-executive Chairman of Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Ltd and was a member of Fujitsu UK's leadership team. Simon is currently non-executive Chairman at EB Charging Ltd. He is also Chair of the UK Government's Telecoms Supply Chain Diversification Advisory Council, a Trade Advisor for the UK Government's Department of International Trade and Industry Chair of the Parliamentary Internet Communications and Technology Group (All Party Parliamentary Group). Simon was appointed MBE in 1997 for services to export and was appointed CBE in 2016 for services to the economy. His previous appointments have been:

  • Member of the Government's Apprenticeship Delivery Board
  • Member of the expert panel advising Government on Technical and Professional Education
  • Advisor to the Department for Exiting the EU
